Nepal Tibet travel

All of Kathmandu’s heritages are contained in this Nepal and Tibet travel, including the tour to Kathmandu Durbar Squire, Monkey Temple, Boudhanath Stupa, Pashupatinath temple, Patan Durbar squire, Bhaktapur Durbar Squire, Nagarkot in Nepal and visit of Tashi Lumpo monastery and Xigatse Bazaar, Potala Palace, Jokhang Temple, Barkhor Market, Drepung Monastery, Sera Monastery and much more.

Day 01: Arrival Kathmandu airport and transfer to hotel:

Arrive at Tribhuwan International Airport in Kathmandu, you will be welcomed by the hospitable people of ours and then you will be transferred to your hotel. You can spend your evening at will and, overnight at Hotel.

Day 02: Full Day Kathmandu Tour:

After having breakfast at the hotel, we will take you to visit Kathmandu Durbar squire and Swayambunath( Monkey temple) in the morning and do some sightseeing in Pashupatinath and Bouddhanath in the afternoon then return to the hotel and overnight at Hotel.

Day 03: Full day sightseeing tour of Patan and Bhaktapur and Nagarkot:

When you finish a delicious breakfast in your hotel, we will start Sightseeing at the ancient Patan Durbar Square and Bhaktapur Durbar Square, which is highly known for their immense & tragic historical features that include heritage monuments that still echo the vibrant histories of these once-upon-a-time ancient kingdoms that had separate kings who lived life to the hilt but failed tragically at the hands of the famous Gurkha king Prithvi Narayan Shah & bullet holes can still be seen on the wall of these ancient palaces till this day. It was king Prithvi that eventually unified a constantly warring feudal Nepal and established a dynasty that still survives in Nepal nowadays, and then drives to Nagarkot, sunset view and overnight at Hotel.

Day 04: Nagarkot- Chagunarayan- Kathmandu:

We will have the sunrise view early in the morning and Nagarkot lies top of the hill. This is also a good place to see Himalayan panorama through a Himalayan river valley. After breakfast, hike for a couple of hours to the Chagunarayan temple, the very old and artistic temple of Nepal, which was listed in UNESCO world heritage. After visiting this temple, we will drive to Kathmandu- free time and overnight at hotel.

Day 05: Flight to Lhasa and transfer to hotel:

After having breakfast at the hotel, we will transfer you to the Kathmandu airport and fly to Lhasa airport and transfer to the hotel, It takes 2 hours on the way to Lhasa through the Yarlung Tsangpo and the Lhasa Kyichu River, checks into the hotel and overnight at hotel.

Day 06: Full day Lhasa tour:

In the Morning after having breakfast at the hotel, you will visit Potala Palace, the seat of both religion and politics in Tibet, It was built by Tibetan king Songtsen Gampo in the 7th century and later after that renovated by the 5th Dalai Lama in the 17th century. And then visit Sera Monastery 5 kilometer north of Lhasa city in the afternoon. This monastery was built in 1419 by Jamchen Choeji, a disciple of the founder of the Gelugpa sect, Tsongkhapa. Sera is one of the three major monasteries of the yellow sect in Tibet, transfer to hotel and overnight at hotel.

Day 07: Full day Lhasa tour:

In the Morning, after having breakfast at the hotel, you visit Drepung monastery, which is the largest Monastery of the Gelugpa sect of Buddhism in Lhasa. It was also built by Jamyang chojie in 1416. And in the afternoon, visit Jokhang Temple and Barkhor Street, this is the most sacred place in Tibet and houses of the golden statue of the Shakyamuni Buddha which was brought to Tibet by the Chinese princess Wenchen. And overnight at hotel.

Day 08: Flight from Lhasa to Nepal and transfer to hotel:

After having breakfast at the hotel, we will transfer to the Lhasa airport for your flight to Nepal, transfer to hotel and overnight at hotel.

Day 09: Transfer to international airport for your final flight departure:
